Introducing TinyHabits
· 1 min read
Most habits don't fail on day one. They fade on day twelve, when nobody's keeping count.
TinyHabits keeps count for you. It's one screen with your habits on it. Tick the ones you did today, and watch the days add up.
Start small#
Add a habit from the New habit row at the end of the list, or press N from anywhere. Enter adds it and keeps the row open for the next one. If you're not sure where to begin, the first screen suggests a few, each one tap away: Drink water, Read 10 pages, Walk 20 minutes, Stretch.
Ticking a habit off is a single tap. The ring fills, the tick draws itself, and that's today done.
See how far you've come#
Every habit shows its last seven days next to its name:
- A filled dot: done.
- A ring: missed.
- An accent ring: today, still waiting.
- A dash: before you started the habit.
Each habit's streak sits beside its week. Until you tick today, it counts up to yesterday, so it doesn't reset to zero when you wake up. At the top, a progress ring fills one arc per habit as your day comes together.
Fix a day you forgot#
Life happens. Tap a habit to open it, then tap any day in its week to mark it done or not. You can rename the habit there too, or delete it. Deleting offers Undo, just in case.
Yours, in your browser#
Your habits are saved in this browser, with no account and no server. Open it in two tabs and they stay in sync. It works on your phone and at your desk, in light or dark, whichever your system prefers.
